Charles has a history of providing in-home therapeutic services in the rural areas of Georgia.<\/p><p>Second Chance Counseling has provided community-based services to DJJ, DFCS, Self- Referrals, and court-ordered clients over the past six years in the following counties: McDuffie, Warren, Glascock, Lincoln, Wilkes, Columbia, and Jefferson.
